Valeria Jelvez
Her practice focuses on complex litigation, primarily in criminal matters. She has developed her career in both the public and private sectors, which has allowed her to acquire a comprehensive view of the criminal justice system. In the public sector, she worked in the Specialized Unit for Economic Crimes, Environmental Crimes, Cybercrime, and Money Laundering at the National Prosecutor’s Office. She also worked in the Public Defense Office, where she strengthened her experience in technical defense and strategic litigation. In the private sector, she has been part of the team at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados, intervening in high-complexity criminal cases, representing individuals and companies in relevant national processes. She completed postgraduate studies in Chile and Spain and has extensive supplementary training in criminal and procedural matters, acquired through various specialization courses.
