His practice focuses on regulated markets, mainly in the regulation of water and sanitation services with more than 25 years of experience in the field, advising leading companies in the sector on licensing, company tenders, transfer of licensing rights, tariff processes, litigation, specialised agreements and general corporate advice.

He has also specialised in regulatory and infrastructure litigation and arbitration.
