His practice focuses on complex litigation, mainly in civil and antitrust matters. In addition to being a partner at Zegers, he is an attorney of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Banco del Estado de Chile (1990 to date), advising the Public Prosecutor in emblematic and highly complex litigation matters. He has been a direct advisor to the Credit Normalization Management of the same bank, in restructuring and reorganization of large companies.
