His practice focuses on energy, environment, natural resources and water matters, providing advice on due diligence processes, development and sale of renewable energy projects, administrative proceedings and procedures before sectoral agencies, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts, among others. He also has experience in civil and commercial litigation.

  • Previously, he served at the Ministry of Agriculture (2020-2022) as a staff advisor to the Minister of Agriculture in legislative and sectorial matters.
  • In turn, he worked as international arbitration counsel at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana (2014-2015) and M&A, corporate law and intellectual property at Cariola Diez & Pérez-Cotapos (2016-2018).
