Osvaldo Artaza

His practice is mainly focused on the design and evaluation of Compliance Programs of Law 20393, free competition, prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. In addition to his position as director of the Compliance area of Zegers, he is currently developing teaching and research activities at Universidad de Talca.

He previously worked as compliance director in certifying institutions, such as Prelafit Compliance, Veracitas and Corp Compliance. He has also led training processes in strategic areas for crime prevention, internal investigations and has participated in certification processes of Crime Prevention Models.
